Terms of Service

IQGuesser is a game for fun. Scores, bands, percentiles and comparisons are estimates for entertainment. They are nota clinical, medical, educational or professional assessment, and say nothing about anyone’s worth, ability or potential. Don’t rely on them for any real decision.

You must be 18 or older to use IQGuesser and to upload any photo.

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

· You may only upload photos of yourself. Never upload a photo of another person, of a minor, or that you don’t have the right to share.

· By uploading, you confirm it’s you, you’re 18+, and you consent to it being shown publicly in the game so others can see and guess your IQ.

· You grant us a licence to host, display and share your photo within the service (including in share images) for as long as you keep it in the pool. You can remove it at any time, which ends that licence going forward.

· No explicit, hateful, illegal, or deceptive content, and nothing that isn’t a genuine photo of your face.

Don’t harass or demean other people, scrape or copy others’ photos, try to identify or contact people against their wishes, cheat or manipulate scores and leaderboards, or interfere with the service. Treat the people you’re guessing as people.

We review uploads and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, at our discretion. We aim to be fair but we don’t guarantee any content will be approved or stay live.

Any in-game points or wagers are virtual, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. IQGuesser is not gambling.

Some features are paid (for example a one-time breakdown or a Pro subscription). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. For refund requests, contact support@iqguesser.com.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

You can stop using IQGuesser and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate. Continuing to use IQGuesser means you accept the updated terms.
